| Unbelievable second half yesterday credit to the lads the levels of grit, determination and guts shown to hang in the game was miles ahead of the last few years. Going to by far and away the best team in the league and winning in that manner shows how united the club and team is now.
Sezer has stsrted the season on fire, Martin was brilliant and will only continue to improve, Herman- best prop in the country, there are so many to praise but the one that stands out every week is Asiata the work and graft he does in the middle is phenomenal but then add into his link play and work in attack he's the complete loose forward.
Finally credit to the Wigan fans, no bitterness or anything, all saying well done and gracious in defeat.

| There’s been many games in our recent history, Thursday nights across the Pennines and not getting home till the early hours following yet another drumming where you think ‘is it all really worth it?’
Yesterday was a fine example of exactly why it is worth it. We’ve had some horrid stuff to watch for some time and I don’t think there is a fan base in the league that deserves a day like yesterday more.
I couldn’t be any happier for both Barron and Martin, young local lads who were thrown right into the deep end last year are now been able to show us their full potential with the help of senior players.
What pleased me the most amongst all the celebrations, Cartwright remained completely grounded in his interview. There is plenty to work on, our discipline still needs improvement and our error count was pretty high, but boy do we have something to build on here.

It’s brilliant to see that’s he’s happy as we are with a win. Also it’s interesting for me that Myler is seemingly happy to keep in the background just getting on with it. For me it completely debunks the stupid narrative that AT’s interest in Hull was some sort of favour to help Myler get ahead. He’s got the ‘skin in the game’ he wanted, and he’s chosen Myler who he trusts personally but also as someone who’s lived and breathed rugby league all his life and understands the game. Dreamworld as a Hull fan at the moment after the last few years. While they’ve obviously invested heavily in the club, it’s not been the Koukcash etc unsustainable approach of just throwing money about at big names, seems like decent foundations are in place regardless of short term results to build a legacy.

| Well well well I didn’t see that 2nd half coming, how wrong some people are the internet coaches surprisingly don’t know more than JC, Myler and Lasty. We needed old heads alongside our young crop of talent and a good Sh(Sezer) to guide us round the park. Not all about pace when you have a good 1, 7, 9 &13, we have enough pace in the two wingers who are proving to be phenomenal talents.
Rapana immense always gets us going forward, Asiata brilliant link up moves us round brilliantly, Sezer the missing link fantastic hands and kicking game also speeds us up with ball in hand, Amir at 9 fantastic and a tough player, Hardaker another shrewd signing made a great break yesterday plus plenty of versatility. Only Holmes and Chamberlain yet to prove there worth. Big Jed and Knight have added amazing size Our pack. Ashworth looked good and little Brad off the bench put in a great shift and hit Nsemba three times in 2nd half and nullified him, fantastic performance small steps but definitely going in the right direction. Three away wins already after none for 18 months.
Keep up the good work JC, Richie and Thurkill I trust in you and believe in everything you are doing.

Fecking awesome but probably opens the door for the Dobbins to win the cup
They are favourites now let’s see if they handle it or choke again

22/4 down and a poor ill disciplined first half that i thought put paid to my post that i wouldnt be surprised if we won and it would be a closer game than most predicted. A magnificent second half both in defence and attack and what a difference it was We looked good ball in hand and the team gave us the most exciting 40 minutes we have had since the C/C final against Warrington. Liam knight looks to be a good pick up and with him and Liam Watts offloading we could cause teams problems with the space created. If i had to criticise anything its Sezers kicking on the last tackle.Needs to vary it as its just an easy take for the defence and sets them on the front foot. Other than that once again Sezer MOM. Lewis Martin standing up Bevan French then taking him on on the outside was a classic
The thing about Sezer's kicking is something I've thought all season. He stands very deep in the pocket and it means that A. He's kicking on the back foot making it harder to find the floor. And B. A lot of the chasers are offside. It's a nitpick, but it's something I would be trying to work on if I was on the coaching staff. The second half was as good as I've seen us play since 2017. The width and precision we attacked with was superb. Teams just don't cut Wigan up that easily, but we did it over and over again. I'm really excited about what this team can do. Sezer kicks high knowing it’s going to a defender I think so our line can get up there to defend high. He seldom seems to kick for touch. Guess it’s stats driven. Shame to criticise after that match . Sezer was easily mom for me but there were many great performances

| DSJ1983:K-Diddy:
What a brilliant result. The only downside for me is I think Rapana will pick up a ban. Think it was Wigans first try he put a shot on Keighran which led to his injury but it was a tad late. Yeah the replays on BBC are not great it was hard to see it properly. I suppose if he does sit a couple out we just have to look at it as a rest for him and hopefully be fresh for the derby. Haven’t seen but I think that’s how I’d look at - it give Raps a rest and lets Moy hone his game for the Future. Every cloud n all that……
