Yes i agree he should be able to sort out the players but if on the pitch they get fed up with a player or players making errors when they are putting in the effort, then i can see why they give up and dont put the effort in. Like my job i always try to do my best and pick up the slack from others every now and then but when they do it all the time it gets to be a joke and i let them know! |

I dont get you - We dont want to watch them train most of us are at work when that is happening anyway - While I appreciate what you are saying about Richard and your loyalty to him James its what we pay for that is the problem. I will say again I have never met him but listening to him at Forums.Radio etc I really like him but that is not enough. |
