Although TBF he had a fair bit of rebuilding to do when he first started, in comparison to Sharp inheriting an already very good squad who had won a trophy the year before. Looking at the league table McRae was around 68% for his last season, I can't remember how we did in the cup that year off hand.

Agar has his failings but you do realise that if Agar goes then Sharp takes over.

We would all like a complete change with the Head coach but it's just not going to happen so if you want Agar sacked then good luck with Sharp.

True, like I said he needs to learn from his misatkes, he does seem to have a vision of what he wants from the team and with the players coming in and those leaving hopefully he can achieve that vision. I don't want this season to be written off in the meantime though and do want to see him getting better with things like interchanges and motivation.
