What is it with bad mouthing our players? Even the ones who perform well, constantly. Berrigan dragged our pack around the field for the entire of last season. I’m truly overjoyed that he chooses to play for us. And that is what he does. Any team would bite there own arm off to sign a player with his class.
Does he really deserve to read this rubbish or have it even written about him? He’s arrogant come off it man. Yeah sure, you know for sure after stopping him in the supermarket or street for a few seconds that he’s not a nice guy! We complain that we don’t sign enough big, high profile names and then we slag off the ones we do manage to sign on our forums. really good idea that. Really I just don’t get it what is going on this site recently.
what is it with the egotistical mentality that some people have adopted since a recent glimpse of success? Go and talk to Widnes or Halifax fans for a while. They’d jump at the chance to be in our position with our players. Rather than languishing in the lower leagues desperately wanting a position in the SL. I bit of realistic criticism isn’t a problem but some people just seem to whinge and moan constantly for the hell of it.
I’m sure I’m going to get some stick from the moaners who’ll claim im deluded and wearing my rose tinted black and white glasses ext ext… yawn yawn… moan moan… boycott the stadium, I’m not renewing my season pass, Agar out, hes crap, blah blah fin blah'"

By the way I understand that you grew up in East Hull - I lived on Sutton Road and then Longhill and remained what I was given by my Dad and Grandad a true Hull Supporter. I have met a lot of Hull players through the years some I liked - some I loved - some I did not like - but I would not go on a forum and say he was arrrogant - it gives ammuntion to our near neighbours
I did not intend to offend you as a fellow Hull Supporter but I thought you were getting a bit carried away in your knocking of Berro

I call him how I see him, maybe I shouldn't on a public forum that's fair enough. I don't care what our neighbours think in fact I couldn't care less. I had high hopes for berro at this club and swain was a hard act to follow. But on the flip side he is only 18 months into a possible 4 year deal so there is plenty of time. Also feel the team have seemed more together the last 2 games without him. That is just an observation though. |

I agree Richard S was a hard act to follow =great player = great captain but we should not compare players or people in general - Shaun Berrigan is playing in an entirley different team - My problem is the Leadership on the field - I have knocked you for your stance on Berrigan but I have been on this forum with my opinion on the captaincy of our team - CAPITANO RADFORD is one of the worse players I have ever seen in a Hull Shirt - Were was he in Edinburgh - but maybe that puts me in your Berro rants - Maybe its me - Please some-one come on here and tell me I am wrong -

All this negativity about Radford, last year it was Lee FFS what is it you actually want from the man. He signed as a workhorse and he plays it that way as he has for years now and he ain't gonna change. I posted ealier his stats show up better than Morley, Newton, Menzies and O'Loghlin, without his work rate and ethic we would be in a far worse position than we are now. |
