| Those who say its not bad or that bad because its been worse in the past, and there are clubs in a worse position than us are a joke.
First off, in the past have we had a top class ground, with regular 5 figure crowds, with one of the best community projects in UK sport, tons coming in through merch etc etc? Also, does it have to be the worst in our history for it to be a problem?
Secondly, why does it matter if other clubs have it worse? I couldnt care less who is better or worse, what matters to me is the club I support and at the moment its awful.
We have a board who make mistakes every season it seems, distances themselves from the fans (even slag them off I have heard in the past) and who accept mediocrity. We have a totally inept coaching staff. What type of coaching staff manages to prepare a team that gets knackered after one half, despite not having a game for 2 weeks prior? Its was 3 weeks since a game of high intensity. Our line was awful against Wire. I couldnt believe how flat it was. In defence, the line was lazy and slow which led to three tries on the overlap.
Then we have a set of players where alot of them are either crap, inconsistant or cba. We have few players who try their hearts out. A few of them are backs who barely get service, and in the forwards the liks of Lee and Burnett are young and arent superb players (although good and developing).
Then we have a youth system that year on year signs up talent from the Hull area and in the past couple of years, from beyond. They then get to reserve level and break into the first team and they become average SL players. Name me a top player that we have produced since Hornes debut 10 years ago? Not including Briscoe who hasnt had enough time to prove it yet, the only full level international (not including the crappy England A sides of the past) we have produced is Yeaman iirc. Thats shocking imo.
Boycotts are a waste of time unless, in our case, there were about 6k or 7k home fans at leats not turning up, with the majority making a protest outside the ground while the game is going on. Thats never going to happen. Theres all this talk about protests yet theres been ample opportunity to do this in the stands. Leeds is a perfect chance: large open terrace, Sky cameras etc. Yet I bet there wont be a single banner in sight, with the odd 'sack the board' chant.
Personally I've got to a point where I dont care much about rugby anymore, so not someone who wants to start this sort of things. Theres only two reasons I go: because I love going to professional sports matches and I refuse to pay the prices Leeds United charge for L1 football. Once they get promoted (and they dont put the prices up much higher) it will be bye bye to Hull FC for me

You can thow Lloyd in the mix. David Latham et al.
But fact is, we have the most expensive squad ever at the club. One of the strongest, lined with internationals, medal winners, state of origin etc, yet we are cack.
The days of being rubbish and Wigan/Saints/Leeds d!cking us by 60 was the days we fielded the likes of Steve Durham, Neil Turner, Steve Craven, Andy Mighty, Rob Danby, Mike Dixon, Kev Gray , Shane Endacott, Mark Hewitt, Johan Windley, Rich Wilson, Leroy Mckenzie
The last 8 names played at the "potentially last ever Hull game" at Central park in 1995, score 60 - 6'"

But we havnt been able to field anything like it, so to be still in the playoffs i think is not too bad. Wait and see what we do with these players back.

Nonsense pathetic, all because of the last paragraph.
Are you really that fickle? or should it read "when City go down i'll be back in the queue on sat morning on ferensway for the bus to Liverpool, Man Utd etc"
