Sorry - your argument seemed to be based on scoring record.
Hall's defence is an issue but I still think it could be dealt with if he was playing in the centres and the rest of our defensive structure was working. IMO his attacking threat makes it worthwhile persevering. If we kept him and Yeaman as centres it opens up places elsewhere to spend cash and/or overseas places.
I'm not Yeaman's biggest fan but he's been playing well so far this season and earned a new contract IMO. I'm not even particularly concerned about the 3 years like some others - he'll only be 30 at the end of that time, and good English centres are thin on the ground. He'll be an asset.

As I have said previously, I have nothing against Kirk, but he has been nothing other than average for the past couple of seasons, so I am very surprised at the length of the contract that was offered. If he had been an overseas player people would be calling for Rule and Agar's head, but because he is from Hull people seem to think it is acceptable to sign an average player to a 3 year contract.

10603.jpg Is it true that Richard Agar's favorite movie of all time is Groundhog Day or does he just generally like the same boring s**t day after day, season after season?:10603.jpg |

So you expect Yemo to become a regular International before the end of his career?

| Like Kosh has pointed out, there isn't exactly a massive pool of talented british players to bring in. Yeaman has probably missed Cooke more than most as he was his main supply line. However with the rugby we have played the last 2 and a half seasons a centre/winger of any calibre would struggle to be getting on the scoresheet regularly.
His defense is fine and if he is given the chance to attack he will, he also has the added benefit of coming in and running the ball from dummy half to take some pressure off the forwards from time to time.

| put Yeamo in Leeds, Wigan and Saints team and he would be unstoppable as they have the right players to use him correctly.

| Who'd have thought that an outside back in a team that has struggled to score tries for teh last 3 years hasn't scored many tries in the last 3 years. Amazing

| It's the sensible move, put him in a decent side & he'd probably rip up trees. Get rid & we'd be left with what in the centres? I still think he could have done better over the last couple of seasons even given the poor supply & poor team, I dont think he does enough work tbh and his passing(or lack thereof) has shown he's a greedy sod at times.

| which is spot on, he can hold to the ball when the best option is passing. Yeamo will be first to admit that sometimes he gets it wrong but hey given only you have a split second to make a decision that the way it goes sometimes.
