I'd rather him play too. Just usually when Smith says they've got a chance, we tend to give them an extra week or 2. It's the same with Tindall and Scott

If all the 21 are available, I'd put Charles on the bench for Balmforth from my original side.

We do, but two are going to be playing at halfback, I'd guess Charles will be on the bench and come on firm Houghton and move Brown to 9 or 13 like the London gane, but seems alot of changing when they could just bring on Balmforth.
