But your right he had done same at end of 07 when leaving Hudds , recovered and played first 14 rounds without a problem |

Separated mine a few years ago. Took about 6 weeks before i could start training in the gym again and a further month before i could lift max weights again.
Thought i saw Berro driving yesterday, so it can't be that bad. I couldn't even change gear, due to lack of mobility!
