It will take a couple of years until an injury crisis doesn't affect us as much.
We've had years of next to none of the youngsters getting any game time, and a coach who would rather play people out of position. Now all the injuries have come along we have to rely on young kids who have no big game experience. Gentle has already shown he is willing to address that. Like I said, it's going to take a couple of years (at least) until the youngsters can come into the team (if they haven't already got starting positions) and beat the bigger teams.

Think you'll find that the people who signed Ellis are no longer involved with the club. The same applies for the majority of our squad, good or bad.

Gentle is doing the best he can with what's available. The problem is that a fair few people seem to have thought that Agar was the only thing stopping us from storming the top 4 when in fact there's a huge job of work to be done.
