| Wouldn't complain at Cartwright head coach and him bringing along Briers as his assistant.

| Can't see anyone better than Cartwright, vastly experienced as a head coach (the most successful coch the Titans have had).
Three assistant jobs at top clubs, winning the GF with one and other gone from bottom to 2nd.
Not sure what people want.
People wanted Briers who had never been a first team coach, neither had Peters.
Hope this happens.

Also announced as an assistant coach for New South Wales.
Ticks a lot of boxes and will make attracting good quality imports much easier.
fingers crossed.

| Not convinced on the Cartwright rumour yet. Same ITK people were convinced Olly Russell was joining us.

Sounds very much like the Tim Sheens appointment when we made it.

yeah exactly the same apart from one was a director or Rugby at a struggling Salford side, whist the other is on the coaching team at a top NRL.
I suppose they are both Australian and are coaches.

| Cartwright is interested and is our number one target reports John Davidson.
Who knows the law of averages say he must get one right sooner or later.

| It would be a bit of a risk but I'd take a punt on cartwright if he is genuinely interested. We the have tk back him with whatever he wants in the coaching and other back room appointments

Who said that?
Rowley is the third oldest HC in SL, iirc, and hardly some new kid on the coaching block.

| Aside from 2 domestic options who don't seem attainable (Rowley & Wane) Cartwright is the best option, he's got the coaching experience we need and has been in and around successful winning environments for a long time, we need someone to bring in a winning culture and mentality. Like a lot of oversees coaches it could go either way.

Exactly this for me as I don't honestly think there is anyone else in the British game currently other than the two names you mention that would be good/suitable appointments.

Whos to say he’s not just a yes man like Stanley Gene who everyone wanted rid of. Time will tell if it’s the right appointment but the fact he’s not had a head coaches role in over ten years worries me.
