PM's won't be coming back. We were aware that they were being misused by some users to abuse others and we felt that they were a big vulnerability on the site.

The beauty of this site now is it's fairly unknown meaning a good level of discussion can be had with differing views. The Hull Daily Mail website and Facebook forums are prime examples of more popular discussion sites, and the content is awful with more wind up merchants and people trolling than people actually discussing Hull FC. Whats stopping a club run site going the same way?

Don’t like liver so not a problem there.It wasn’t just me as others have been struggling with it and was a question I wanted to ask.

We once started a message board with Trish Goldsmith at the club in the early 2000's, I tried my hand at moderating it, but  it attracted the idiots from far and wide and the abuse mindless drivel and player abuse saw the club soon close it down they tried to moderate it but for them it was counter productive as they just couldn't have some of the stuff it contained associated with the club. 

Especially at the moment where certain posters seem to be posting a lit less, I wonder why?

We couldn't have one connected to the club, it would be shut down in days, they wouldn't want to ge connected to a forum, that would regularly have criticism of players.

I doubtmany pro sports clubs operate their own forums due to the potential legal issues.
