| Fantastic result - how many times have we won at Headingley in the last 20 years? And their home form not too shabby. Only listened to it as on hols but will definitely be toasting Josh Griffin with a Barraquito or 2 tonight
Any news on on the likes of Carlos, Sao, Savelio etc?

| Griffin was really good tonight
Fash defensively in that last quarter outstanding.

Certainly are ad the 2nd game running that we were pretty much controlling a game and whilst not being top form we looked comfortable then our small bench starts to hurt us. The amount of restarts and penalties could have cost us.
I’ll take the win gladly but really do question the bench selection and inclusion of effectively 4 x 9’s
Think Clifford and Hoy are special players. Would like to see a bit more variation in our kicking game and need to improve our end of sets.
Thought Griffin and Fash were good and a much better performance from Taylor. Satae made such a difference though when he was on.

| 2 points, that's all that matter, made it hard for ourselves, which some poor errors and a couple of poor one on one misses.
Though Fash, Taylor and Satae were fantastic.
Griffin looks a different player too.
Really like Hoy and Clifford, who will get better.
Still think the two mc's are our weak links.
Kicking game has been terrible, has to improve
Hopefully get a couple back and Sutcliffe isn't too bad.

i agree i hate four small forwards on the field at the same time but if they all worked as hard as Fash then it would make a difference but as soon as Houghton came on the field they scored and started to get on top.
Looks like Lane will miss next week so hopefully Sao and Savellio should make it and have to say we need to replace Mcintosh quickly.
second week running he has been taken on outside for pace and he cant pass to save his life.
Pity Mitch is injured as i would fancy us to win in Catalan with Sao,Brown and Savelio back.

| Still work in progress but I'm happy with the win. We have a new coach and a new spine so things will take time to gel.
Hoy and Clifford are special players who will get better as the season goes on. Scott was really good tonight and Griffin has really improved with the move to the second row.

| Always nice to win at Leeds, gutted I couldn't be there tonight.
For round two of the season that was a great contest. Fair play to both sets of players for that game, while it wasn't full of quality play, the effort from both teams was great.
Hoy was never my man of the match, I'm hoping his time will come for those accolades, it was easily Brad Fash in this one. He was immense tonight.
Great for Tag to come up with the match winning try after a couple of difficult seasons for him personally.
Enjoy the victory.

He’s a very clever/smart player that knows his position/role and reads the game very well . Think Hoys the same and showed that with his no panic defence on the Handley break.

| Wish Sky would have mentioned that leeds have got Newman and Oledjski missing.
No mention of Trueman, Savelio, Sao or Carlos being out for us.

| Clifford has/had a great junior pedigree. Was one of the most sought after aussie juniors. Think he picked a dud club in Newcastle, which has ended up working in our favour.
OBrian at Newcastle is a tough coach. Think Clifford just needed an arm around him, which Smith will do.
On the game, it was nice to come from behind and win at Headingley. Always seems to be the other way round againt Leeds

| Wonder if the comment the sky commentators made about big news on Scott Taylor by the club in the coming weeks maybe retirement end of the season?
