| Reynolds a lot better 2nd half. Gave Saints more to worry about when he had the ball. But that came from Sao and Satae been back on and taking it to the Saints pack

Erm, it was you that was whinging.
They are not all Wigan/Saints fans. The media are not biased against us. The referees aren't biased against us.

| Much better effort and some nice play 2nd half, Saints are a great side and we were close, a bit more luck we could have won it.
Thought Sao, Ma'u and Satae were superb.
Impressed with Scott and Brown off the bench.
Chance to get a run going now.
Fair play to Saints, very good side.

All men are created equal, some work harder in preseason.

Again you’re putting words in my mouth. There is a media bias in favour of certain clubs. Not necessarily [iagainst us[/i. If there’s an adult nearby maybe they can draw you a nice diagram with one of your wax crayons.

| When we actually play a bit, we look good. Reynolds better second half (though a rumour that has come out is he is going to Canberra next week!!), but why we went wide on 2nd tackle after the 40/20 I never know. I think we play that set out, we score and we win the game. Small margins. Brown looked very good when he came on

| Hard luck Hull ,great recovery. I think you probably caused enough skid marks In St Helens to get the emergency washing machines turned on.

| Saints are a great side, the bench mark IMO.
Its Hodgson's job to get us closer this and next season.

Composure is the big thing we’re missing. Our indiscipline and at times clueless attack comes back to just turning it up to 11 when we really don’t need to and making a complete mess of simple stuff.

| Quote: Chris71 "And now the penalties snd 6 against bone our way when the games gone, why am I not surprised.
Not had the rub of the green at all today most decisions if not all gone to St’s.
Feel a little disillusioned by the game in general as a whole
Great effort by the team to hang in there and bring it back but just need to learn some lessons in applying pressure and being more composed.'"
Exactly the same Chris, I don't get why people gloss over
Or simply don't talk about game changing decisions, anyone care to offer opinion on Matuatias interferance on Satae that ended up with Saints gaining a leg up when FC where on top and affording Saints 8 points?
Il be suprised if anyone replys, theyl just bang on about how great Sneyd and Houghton were.
Another instance was interferance by Matuatia again that went unpunished, then a second saints player interfered so the ref thought it was too obvious and awarded us 6 again, watch the game back and his words where "that's two in a row" . Why wasn't the first interferance given, as a club we are getting royally shafted by these offcials and our fans are too thick to even comprehend it.

Agree with all of the above. The Island boys were superb.
Went from thinking we can knick this to 'never mind' in two minutes
Saints are one of, if not the best teams in the comp. We didn't disgrace ourselves by any means, they are just a better team than us.
If we were to win it today, we would've needed a few more things to go our way.
Bowden is now we'll down the pecking order for me too after his last 2 games.
Time to give Brown some more game time (as you've championed for the last few weeks).
We've got a favourable run of about 8 games now, so hopefully we can get some momentum

| Great effort from the lads and great support from our fans.
Great comeback, especially after losing Griff the way we did. Small margins in the end. Great read by Grace to win the game, otherwise we’d have been in.
The only positive is we can just focus on the league now. We’ve got a decent run of fixtures over the next few weeks. Hopefully others can get distracted with Wembley and we can pick up some league points.
