It is interesting that when Adam Pearson owned the SMC apart from the very first year the SMC managed to make a small profit each year and that was with the SMC having the exact arrangments with Hull Fc has it has now.

I am sure you will be equally as interested, or at least the local council tax payers should be, why, when Adam Pearson was given the SMC free, zilch, non gratis he subsequently sold it to Russell Bartlett for £6 million a few years later. Maybe legal, but morally indefensible to many on here I would imagine.

I presume Mr Pearson will be taking issue with the article in the Hull Daily Mail if what you say is true. I was told, by a Councillor prior to the Stadium opening that the original idea was for Shane Richardson & A. P. to run the SMC but AP didn't want to work with Richardson.
