Why would Gentle tell O'Meley, or any of the players about his relationship with McRae? That's what I don't understand from this whole episode.

Anyone who actually believe's there is a tiff between PG and McRae really will believe anything.
Anyone who actually believes Adam Pearson is the type of guy to let somebody stay in charge at his club even though they are making continuing mistakes are also stupid.
Also anyone who thinks bomber is interfering by signing players, need to realize that is HIS job. Gentle tells Bomber who he wants and bomber gets the ball rolling, Gentle makes the overall FINAL decision on any player coming in.

Me neither, I was more questioning why people would believe a players wife about an issue like that that players would know nothing about more than anything.
I know someone who is involved with the running of YPI and deals with Bomber and Gentle regularly and says they've always seemed to get on well together, and that McRae got a good deal for the club for the facilities last year. |

Anyone who has any slight knowledge of how AP works will know that the guy clearly does not suffer fools in any way.... the last few years at City proved that..
so
if there was any issue between bomber and gentle one or both would have already shut the door behind them clearly and sharpish too IMO as APs history shows he does not mess about.
as for Omeleys missus weeeelllllll lets put it this way i bet they cant wait for her to move back to Sydney eh LOL, sooner the better for me the pair of em...
