He did an excellent job at Rovers taking an NL club and making them an established SL side, but then stalled at mid-table competing for the playoffs (still no shabby feat). Would be interesting to find out if that was his limit or Rovers'. Would possibly be an expensive risk for someone who may have already plateaued at a level not much better than we already are.'" We haven't really got time to be curious. Think we need somebody who has been there and done it. Noble or preferably Anderson for me.
But as you say, it would be interesting to see how he'd get on. While he hasn't had the best squad at Rovers he's been able to get some good results.

Both Wigan and HKR released these guys, to progress further,
Saying that, both are better than Agar.'"
You are making out Rovers binned Morgan off?
He was just as keen to get away from there, trust me.
There is only so much interference one guy could take.
Wherever he goes will see a lot of backroom jobs changed and a Chairman who is happy to let him get on with his job of winning things.

If we are aspiring to be a top 4 club then i would hope we wouldnt go near Morgan..

The Anderson one is interesting. People keep saying he's in the market for a SL post, but I thought he went back to Aus in part for family reasons. If he is in the market, wouldn't he be number one choice ahead of Noble, Morgan, Gentle and all the others without a job at the moment? Does anyone know what his situation actually is?

Totally agree, that's why he wouldn't be my choice as I said. I wonder how he'd do somewhere else with more potential, but I'm not convinced he could do any better. I don't want us to take the gamble to find out.
If Agar does go, Anderson, Taylor, or Noble for me, in that order of preference.

Have posted the same thing about Anderson, didn't think he had any plans to come back, but people keep mentioning him and money talks. So you never know!

He is currently the coach of Samoa, due in this country in October.
Was in the running for NZ Warriors, also in the frame for the Bulldogs job.

Wasn't it something to do with his kids and preferring Australian schooling?
When his name came up with the Cas post as him actively looking at SL jobs I thought perhaps his priorities must have changed after being unable to find another job in the NRL after nearly a year now.

Sheldon may know something from the press over there but as far as I know he does not want to come back to England yet. I suppose money is a big thing though if he has had a year out of work?

| Des Hasler. Daniel Anderson or Brian Noble in that order but my money is on Noble he has been seen in Hull and at the KC quite a lot over the past few weeks.

| Your next coach is Anderson.
But it's Paul, not Daniel.
Happy days eh?
