Nope. People are suggesting that getting rid of Agar is only half the problem, and possibly not the most difficult half. I have absolutely no interest in replacing one duff coach with another like we have on the last two occasions.

Yeah I said that eh, jesus wept!
Getting rid now won't necessarily improve things if we don't have a new coach to bring in. Webbo/Last might be worse than we have with Agar. If we can't get anyone until the end of the season we will be stumped.
You're not this thick surely? Anyway this list....

| I don't think the fact that we don't know who else is available is a good enough reason for Agar to keep his job. Noble is obviously available, but even if he didn't want the job because he was scared of some strongly worded banners, there must be other options. And if not, a caretaker appointment plus an assurance that they're doing everything to find the right guy would be better than the current position.

I am not so sure it is only half the problem, on paper we have a very good side who I feel played in the correct positions and interchanged correctly really could compete, if we have to use a caretaker until we can appoint some-one well fair enough we should do that before the rot sets in further imo.The club risk losing 1000s of fans if they do not act soon.

That's what we thought when Sharpe got the push, and look how that turned out.

General feeling is that three games into a new season isnt good enough excuse to loose a head coach

I go because win or lose I enjoy the experience of supporting a team, the ups and the downs, can you not understand that?'"
That's great!
I have been supporting the FC for 50 years.
The difference (I think) is that you want what is best for you, and I want what is best for my club.
Whilst you and perhaps a good few others will remain hardcore, the gates will drop of naturally by fair-weather supporters, and a failure to attract new fans to the club.
This club like most every other club, need those type of supporters on board.
When these supporters fall away, it is very hard to get them back on board.
It was not that long ago that we had the 'bring a friend' campaigns. Some of them 'friends' stayed on to become fans. I doubt that that would be the case today.

Nah that's your feeling, the general feeling is quite the opposite.

agreed on paper we have a top 4 side , i think the feeling at the top is that we need to see more of the season pan out before they make any changes if any at all...
as for losing 1000s of fans i am not so sure... some may stay away but not 1000s

| Bb put 'a recently sacked Aussie coach' on the rumours thread.
The Australian Rich Agar then.

Paul's point is how do we know that a caretaker will be better. Much the same opinions were expressed about Sharpe and Agar and look how that turned out. I'd rather we have someone lined up before Agar goes TBH.

We all know it's not just about three games. Try three years. Nothing has improved and it's not likely to.
It's getting a little hard to take you seriously, to be honest. The tone of your rhetoric last week was completely different to this. You can't be that indecisive, can you?
