Actively involved is completely different to ownership. Which is why every serious sports league on the planet bans spouses/family from owning two teams in the same league.

I don't agree with it just also didn't when Kath had us and Gary h was at Leeds , don't know how it was ever allowed to carry on like that

They had the chance when Kath left us and became "unattached". Now she's at Wakefield they won't/can't do anything about it.
