| With that right coach, this squad should win something over the next two years.

Exactly, as I've said on another thread somewhere a perfect example is St's, under Holbrook they were way ahead of any team and the epitome of consistency with low error and high completion rates playing attractive rugby. The exact same playing squad remains in place but a different Coach in Woolf, yet that exact same squad of players are not at the same levels as they were under Holbrook making much greater errors that they weren't before and an increase in their indiscipline.
Which goes to show that a good coach can improve a squad good or bad but a poor or average coach can make a good squad poorer.

| As a rovers fan I believe hull won back to back challenge cups, despite radford, rather than because of him.

I agree, to some extent. Though I am glad he got the reaction he did when he lifted that trophy in 2016

Correct, they shut him out after the Widnes game.
There were big characters in that squad who did his job for him.
I could of Coached those 2 seasons !
Radford should have gone at the end of last season. If not even the end of 2018 !

Hope it’s Fitz but he may do a Brian Smith.

Would Adam go for another young British coach? Probably a lot cheaper than an Aussie and he’s already in the country. Personally, I’d like to see an incumbent in sooner than later and take advantage of the suspension.

| I’d take Fitz as first choice as well
Couple of years here then back to NRL as a head coach
