Panda92 and Brither yes we know your opinion it's put forward every day. this subject could be put into a single subject called "Agar Out!" or something like that just as the rumour subject is. Not that I am complaining about the moderators you understand. But to continually have thrwad after thread on the same subject is boring and it makes finding different things difficult to find if you have a very slow internet connection as I do when on board ship. 64K between 15 computers so slow to open the SOS threads.

So, peter sharp has a win loss ratio only very marginally worse than McRae, intersting that considering some of the things posted about him.

But, at the same time, McRae did manage 20-odd more games than Sharp, so he was more consistent.

but 20+ games is, which was my point. I

thats got knack all to do with it. he won and lost as near as makes no odds the same proportion as Sharp. Thats what percentages are.

if he'd have won 3 from 4 games and people were quoting a 75% win ratio then you'd maybe have a point,

He is clearly going to be here next season, the board have made that clear by backing him in the transfer market. It seems he is being allowd to build his own squad for next season and that includes gettig rid of a number of players. For me this is not before time, too many of the players are lazy and uninterested and it was the same under Sharp and Kear. I for one am glad Agar is going to have the balls to make some tough decisions and do what is right by getting shut of some of the crap.

I am not happy with the way we are playing or with some of Agar's decisions and he needs to improve aswell as the players but I do beleive he cares and is desperate to get it right.

Should we get shut now all that happens is we get Jon Sharp and I don't want that at all. Lets back Agar and see if he can improve during 2009 and build a hungry and competitive squad for 2010.

Agar said so. If he wants to keep his job he has to get it right, he wanted the clear out last year, said so after the Rovers match, but could not do it due to lack of personel available I believe. This season he can make the decisions and I believe he will.
