Hi Wilf. I bought some tickets this afternoon for South stand (unreserved seating). They're £30 full price, mine was £26 (as an OAP!!!). Says on the ticket that 18-21 is £17 and 12-17 are £12. I'm coming to the conclusion we're one of the cheaper tickets around. Think it's £23 for anyone aged 60+ in South stand at our place. My season pass was £215 which will be decent value provided we actually get to see some home wins as this year progresses!!!!

Id be tempted to put Moy at fullback, Pryce at 6, Cust at 9 and Borouh on the bench to give him a break after some long minutes recently. Cust will give us a bit more attacking threat at 9 too I feel Carty doesn't trust Cust or Balmforths defense in the middle, I feel once we play the likes of Castleford and Salford, , then Borough will get a rest. Was chatting to JC and he was saying he sees Bourouh & Balmforth as the 9’s and the plan is to play the two of them. He said Balmforth has just been unfortunate with his injury and hes had to work his way back to selection. I asked him what position he sees Pryce playing long term and he said FB. interesting ......This clearly indicates, when Rapana retires, a marquee slot which obviously becomes available , the signing would be a half or a centre.

That probably leaves Moy struggling for game time as he aint going to shift Pryce from FB .

| Another tough away day coming up (when don't we have tough away days coming up!!)
Think this may be similar to Leeds last Friday, a close hard fought encounter with whoever takes the scoring opportunities that arise coming out on top.
Hoping for another good committed performance from us but fear Leigh's superior finishing power will tip the scales their way. Think their three-quarters may have a bit too much for us to handle, but hopefully we can contain them enough to get the job done.
We really could do with a win to regain the early season momentum we've lost, but would definitely view a win tomorrow night as a bonus two points gained. Looking forward to it though, hoping for a nice trip out over there.

game is on channel 412 on sky Thursday night for those who can't go school nights
Fortunately for me, school nights are a long way in the past so that isn't an issue were I'm concerned. I have the time and means to be able to go trundling up and down the M62 on a Thursday night! but fully understand why it can be so restrictive for so many people, many loyal supporters of Rugby or Football clubs. Leigh away on a Thursday night is hardly a fan friendly option is it! (as it was for Leigh fans back in March). There are times when modern-day sport treats its consumer base with utter contempt, in a manner no other service industry would dream of doing. I guess in some ways we're all guilty of propagating the situation by continuing to turn up for games on whatever night and time we're instructed too. It's this unwavering fan loyalty (across all UK sports) that allows sporting authorities, and their broadcast allies, to continue scheduling games like Leigh - Fc on a Thursday night. Hopefully it will be a decent turnout from the faithful tomorrow night, but feel for anyone who liked to have gone but couldn't due to the timing factor.

Balmforth is one of the best young 9s in the comp but needs to play every week and he'll get even better along with not having to flog Burough every week.
Balmforth is suspect defensively as is Pryce. That would automatically rule them out of a Hull KR team coached by Willie Peters.

I think if no player in a team misses tackles then you’re on the way to conceding very few points and therefore a chance of winning most games. Defence wins games. It seems possible that Cartwright doesn’t trust Balmforths defence despite all his other qualities. I don’t know - he needs to play to check his stats on the missed tackle front.

Balmforth is a young kid, Litten was the same at his age, Lewis can't tackle for toffee so does that rule him out of super coaches team aswell? He needs gametime which was the original point of the post but as usual you have to come here and try and points score and make it about Rovers. Believe it or not everything doesn't need to involve you're little club. Also Balmforth is what we call an academy player not that you'll know about that so jog on.
