Hi Seventies red, I’ve not condoned, nor endorsed Satae shove, the main point is Powell was left knocked out, and his game over, Hill was red carded, and subsequently done for three matches.

Satae shoved Lawler I think, late and deliberate, Hicks spoke to him, correctly giving a penalty, no more punishment was deemed applicable, George didn’t appear injured, or concerned, I don’t think he even put it on report, whilst I empathise with anyone who has been injured in any kind of collision, deliberate or not. The punishment does not fit the offence, hope your fully recovered now from your accident.

Apparently we are appealing the ban tonight so expect it to be increased!

The contact was late, cowardly and dumb. Especially dumb from Satae who has arrived from playing in the NRL where this kind of tackle has been cracked down on for the past couple of seasons.

It was some time ago now but Yes thanks I did recover. Some woman on her mobile phone while driving, ran into the back of me and a couple of friends who were also in our stationary car at the time when travelling home from work. She was only doing around 20 to 25 mph at the time but it was enough to cause injury to all three of us. I got off fairly lightly considering, but my mate who was in the rear seat when it happened, was off work for several weeks with a serious neck injury. When will some people learn that you can't be on your mobile whist driving.
