I'd be surprised if they even brought 1,000.

As some feel they may field a weakened side top spot achieved maybe fans won’t see any point in attending such a meaningless match.

no disrespect meant to Halifax but i would have thought the semi would be the ideal game to rest a few in

We've been fielding a weakened side almost every week since we played your lot on Easter Monday, most games have only been 1 or 2 players because we feel we have got some squad depth quality.
Holbrook has dropped a hint that we have a lot of tired players, we have also mentioned Hull getting the win this Friday to keep the challenge and pressure on Warrington, if you had beaten Hull KR last week and us this week then 2nd spot would have been in sight.
I think our priority is to beat Wigan the following next week to keep them borderline for 5th place, lots of games left though so anything can happen between 2nd to 8th place.

| Two very strong squads. Should be a humdinger. Let's hope last week's slip up and home advantage give us the edge. You can't imagine Swift not wanting to put in a top performance too.

| I think that little bit of extra desire for the two points (along with undoubted quality in the team) will see Hull home for this one.

| Like Warrington away, this is a huge test after being embarrassed on Easter Monday and a disappointing performance last week. We need to really give Saints a game, don't even have to win, just prove we can match them and beat them when it really matters.
last game they destroyed us out wide, more hopeful for this game with our backs.

If Swift does not put in a top performance you don't want him in your squad next season. His total focus will be on a Saints victory.

So a player playing against his future club, has an off day.
This determines whether said player is wanted for a new season, forgetting all the groundwork done by the club, the negotiations between the two clubs and player. The reasons we want him, rightly or wrongly, and the logistical changes for the player, the wages, the contract etc etc etc.
Keef says he’s had a bad game, call it off
