| Quote Mrs Barista="Mrs Barista"Sounds like he may be heading back west - I think he would have been announced by now if he were staying - if so he will leave an enormous hole in our squad. Irreplaceable IMO. Those 2 cup final 40-20s were exquisite. The 2016 one probably gets more plaudits as it was the one that effectively saw off the Wembley hoodoo, but my goodness the one v Wigan the following year - distance and angle - was incredible.'"
I thought the opposite, if he wanted to go back west for family reasons I’d have thought it would have come out .

| Think he's the scrum half that has created the pivotal moment in my 40 years of watching FC (God that makes me feel old)
Namely, the 40-20 at Wembley 2016. Then the two tries he created afterwards.
Sterling might have been the ultimate talent, but Sneyd has created the ultimate moment(s)

Sterling was world class. It would be like seeing Cronk or Thurston in a Hull shirt nowadays. Sneyd has been more influential than Sterling on our history though.

I take extreme exception to that remark!! Are you possibly suggesting that in modern day sport, ginger coloured hair people have an upper hand on more mundane hair coloured people. I have slightly greying light brown hair and wouldn’t like to think that I’m follicley challenged

I really dont think you can compare Sterling and Sneyd.
Peter Sterling was only with us for a short period and was world class.I wonder what we could have achieved if he had been with us for three or four seasons
Sneyd has been with us several years now and given us some memorable moments and i really hope he stays but take away his boot then you take away his effect on the field
Sterling had everything including the ability to tackle.
