Same personally and it would give us a stronger side for this game but wonder if we will leave Carlos in the halves to gel more with Sneyd taking a more long term view?

It's a fair point.

Quote: Chris71 "Same here, if Fonua ruled out (which can't see him not being) then its simple Abdull comes back in at 6 and CT slots back in the centre in place on Fonua.'"

Fonua was dancing around the pitch with the rest of the team and think Sika gave a rap round the back of his head. Shoul be fit?????

Isn't there a mandatory rest period for brain injuries?

Think its 7 days from what it happened, so doubt he will play.

Abdul didn't play for reserves yesterday, so id expect him to in.

Although its a good point above, if Sneyd and Carlos are to be halfs for the final, would they be better getting a few games under their belt together?

He may have been but the RFL's rules with regards to concussion injuries are pretty strict as they should be and as such can not see Fonua being in the 17 nor should he be for his welfare.

This.

Carlos has been out and needs to get back upto speed alongside Sneyd. I would give them two weeks together - try for a couple of wins - by which point (if Cats lose) we could already be guaranteed to be in the 4. Sneyd and Carlos to sit out cats, with Abdull and Pryce in the halfs for that one.

Indeed. Carlos was quiet first half but opened them up a couple of times in the second - for Shaul's break and the important penalty that he won. Best to keep the kicking duties away from him where possible I think - more work required there. Agree with your strategy.

It's a difficult one. Abdull had arguably a better game in his last appearance than Tuimavave has had all season at stand off. Tuimavave is seen at next years starting six. With the skill set possessed by Connor who will also be here next year, Tuimavave could find himself third behind the other two if Abdull adressess his conditioning. So will Radford just stick with him regardless or will he decide that with two potentially cracking young stand off's in the squad for next year, both with a skill set better suited to the halves than Carlos, to move him back out to the centres? I would personally give Abdull another run out at six at this stage of the season just to see if he can back that performance up.

Hopefully a great game tho.'"

I agree that was some game and must have took a lot out of the players , we need a good start to the play offs so would not change to much

we can bring Bowden Hadley even feka in to boost the forwards, naughton abdull naughton Lancaster to cover injuries in the backs so a bit of leeway there
