| Not a surprise.
Adam has been fishing for a football club for a while and Sheffield Wednesday is potentially a good buy.
Hopefully, it won't de-stabalise Hull. As mentioned, he may remain owner with a CEO (hopefully with RL/Sports experience) to look after his investment. Otherwise, he may look to sell in the future, but would want to re-coup most, if not all the money he has spent, so hopefully this would mean he'd only be selling to a serious investor.
Personally, I hope he stays at Hull and that he ultimately gets some success that his ongoing support deserves. To me, he's more than an owner, you only had to see how proud he was standing along side the team on the pitch at Wembley before the Cup Final v Wigan to see how much it matters to him.

| Hudgells a proud owner. Pearson is just a man who could no longer afford football so bought an rl team thinking he could do what you do in football but has been found out big style

| What's everyone flapping about?
It's an advisory role which won't detract from Hull according to him.
So why don't we see how things work out before people start panicking and jumping to conclusions.
The hysteria on here is laughable at times.
He's got a financial commitment to hull he's not just going to walk away from or ignore and in the meantime he's on Wednesday's payroll.

Indeed. Most if not all RL chairmen have primary business interests that aren't their RL club, right? Why should AP doing the same be any different? We do need a CEO though.

| In one way it's good news as he will be paid well for his new role, which will ease the burden at Hull .

He stresses a number in times in the Mail that he remains committed to Hull and I see no reason to doubt him.

| He'll be on a fair wedge plus, no doubt, large incentives for promotion so can only be good news for us. Hopefully we'll get a decent ceo and pearson can continue as a speccy

| owner looking happy at the wedge of cash for appearing in a final shocker, like he's suppose to look sullen..jeez, people still don't get it do they!
He is no more concerned about the club than any other business that he has his finger in, except this one he lost control which was all down to him yet blamed everyone else to try cover his own mistakes/inadequacies.

| Says in the mail he won't rush in to the decision about getting a CEO in, that's a bad move IMO the club badly needs someone with RL knowledge and contacts in the club
