Surely you know the value in terms of revenue that a good cup run will generate? That's the difference between a profit and a loss at the end of the year.
Not to mention the invaluable confidence gained from a continued winning streak? Winning next week generates more confidence for the Huddersfield game. Another loss and the pressure intensifies.
Stupid comment.

| Pearson said that getting knocked out of the Cup at the first attempt last season cost him £50k. Tell him the Cup doesn't matter and to play a weakened team.

| I'd like to see us rest a few players after another ridiculous Easter period. If we have fringe first team players who are fit then they should get a run. Going with Abdull, BTW, HTW and Turgut would still give us a strong team. One good thing about having a clueless attack is that you can't disrupt it by changing players around.
We could even rest Houghton and go with just two hookers.

| Cunningham deserves a start. Howarth seems a steady player too. Sa and Pryce could miss out for Adbull and an U19s centre.

| we have to be careful who we decide not to play, we are short in numbers in the pack so cant see many being left out, also we cant take sheffield too lightly!

| I've seen Hull lose at Wembley several times but would still rather get there than not. Sheffield are a good team, seven wins this season, so go with a mix of 1st team and U19's and rest those 1st teamers that need a weeks recovery. We still should be strong enough to win. I'll be there, was down in Sheffield today running the half marathon, so two Sundays on the bounce in the steel city.
