Anyone who watched the Derby and didn't become blinkered by the final score shouldn't have been surprised by this result.
In the first half, with our best 13 on the park, we were as dominant as I have seen us for a long time. Seems like that intensity was carried into today.

A lot of positives today and no real negatives. We have cause for cautious optimism and should be very happy tonight but lets not get carried away.

| As others have said, careful not to get carried away, Warrington on Friday, tough game after tough game in the weeks ahead as well. Defensively I would say we were solid, I was impressed, forced a lot of errors from Huddersfield and stayed focused.
I must say though, the top of the table looks good this week!  |

Good result for you guys, well done. Looks an excellent turn out from your fans as well which is good to see. nearly 12k at KR, 3k away from Hull looks excellent for the city i for one long term hope this city returns into a rugby city outright.
Anyhow, this is why you should not read to much into pre season i guess. Nilling a team at home is a great effort, was it excellent defence by you lot, or just poor shoddy attack from Hudds? or a mixture of both?

Mix of both, but our defence hit really hard and was well organised so it put them off their stride and little worked for them. |
