Without wanting to tempt fate, Caro seems to have ironed out most of his faults. Or maybe just regained some confidence. Given the club couldn't find a sponsor for him and HullKRfans was 'stuck with him' when Maki couldn't get a visa, it has been a remarkable turn around.
Mind you Lineham started last season behind Crookes and Talanoa was playing Lacrosse for Sydney High School for Girls 4th team or something last year.

Caro's like a new signing, he's full of confidence and his one on one defence has been great. He's a really big lad as well. Colbon COULD be in for a tough afternoon. Talanoa against Gardner doesn't worry me to much to be honest but Salter's a bit lightweight up against Yeaman though.

Can practically turn this on its head and reckon we can win. If our forwards use the same aggression as recent weeks our chances will come. Burns long kicking game can keep turning the backs and drop high cross kicks on Colbon and he's like a rabbit in headlights. Going to be a close one I reckon.

much as everyone has pointed to the forwards i think the key is the half back battle. this is the first time we have faced them AD (after dobson). at the moment burns is playing well and calling nearly all the shots (and some would believe, taking the training as well). keating has been a slow starter but has shown signs of more consistent performances in recent games. this will be the third game in a row we have gone in with settled half backs (surely some kind of recent record), and both got across the whitewash last time out. it will be a case of our young pair up against much more experience. wonder if miller will get into burns face as successfully as he did last time out?

or will radford be tempted to revert to horne if fit for the experience factor?
