Yeaman's replacement hopefully - Crooks simply has plenty to improve on and I'm sure will be given time in the right environment. Arundel clearly moves further down the pecking order and might be better off coming to an agreement.

Crooks needs taking out of the firing line before it gets too late IMO. A player like Yeaman is old enough and wise enough to cop for the crack of a whip but Crooks I am not so convinced yet. He could do with having time away from the first team to bulk up and work on his D, maybe send him to work at Donny for a few weeks.

In the long run it will be better for his development IMO. He is still only young and if he spends this year developing and improving on his weaknesses he still can be a starting centre for us from next season and will only be 21. Whilst we sometimes are reluctant to throw youngsters in I think its also important to not just throw them in and leave them to be rabbits in the headlights.

Sa would be a good signing considering the overall quality available to SL clubs at present.

I'd much rather lose Yeaman than Arundel. He's been unlucky with injuries and never really got going. I think he showed last season when he had a run of games that he's potentially a very good player.

After watching the game back sober, I thought Arundel was dire. I know he's not a winger, but as unpopular as Yeamo is right now - he's a much better option.

Heard Pearson mention that in relation to Biggs but can't see it in the rules. Seems to be several reasons why Sa wouldn't qualify though.

I think in Arundels case it more about the money his contracts worth , (apparently) rolling contract ending at around 100k iirc .

Looked very decent at Catalan.
Big unit too i'd play him alongside talano.
More likely he'll play him on the right to shore up our right edge.

Potentially an excellent signing for us, offers power and pace which we have lacked in the centres.

Slight worries about his recent injuries but he played around seventy times for Catalans in three seasons so not a bad record overall.
