Its tough for Miller when he has the lesser players around him though.

once the teams start swapping and changing their line ups its hard to take anything out the game apart from fitness and to try a few new moves

Your right, he didn't have too many options. He will still get his chance, his attitude is good and its a long season. I don't think with the terms of his work permit that he can go out on dial reg though which won't help.

For me he's still Hulls only real 7.

If which by the looks of things it'll be Rankin and Horne starting im not sure who will take the team around the park.

We could play miller all season and he won't "take us around the park". He isn't good enough. We should only have 1 inexperienced half back not 2 (3 if you count HTW)

Rankin looks like he's gonna be a star, Westerman looks to be showing a bit more enthusiasm and Mickey Paea will give us more go forward than we've had recently.

Miller seems to have plenty of critics but he threw the best pass of the day for me.

Fairly pleased with this afternoon's efforts, we played our youngsters for a far longer period than Rovers did.

although they will deny it, rovers youngsters only came on for the start of the second half, the players celebrations were quite amusing and reading the dobbins board they quickly forgot last seasons friendly and their own players reactions after scoring!
