This could give someone the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, it seems that employers are not just looking for relevant qualifications but also experience in the work place. Paid or not it can offer better prospects for future employment, my daughter recently completed an unpaid internship and has now been offered full-time employment within the same company. Good idea by FC.

I don't own my own business but to an employer would an unpaid training program benefit his'her selection to other people??
(Even though i don't no if the program is unpaid/paid)

Who says its unpaid ? We pay our interns. Paid or unpaid its sounds like a good opportunity to get in introduction into a tough job market.

I have, I don't have a problem with FC willing to take someone on & give them a bit of work experience. When applying for most jobs now experience is just as important, if not more important then qualifications. As someone asked earlier how do you know this is an unpaid vacancy btw?
