| Quote: Sebasteeno "Any wonder why i dont. Sorry look at the attendances and youll see im one of many FC fans for life who listen/watch every game on sky but dont go as the club doesnt deserve my money anymore. If it was just left to the people who attend we'd be back in the national leagues with not much as a whimper from 'the faithful''"
If you dont go and you dont pay any money to the club what have you got to complain about - if it effects you that much dont listen or watch on sky. - you must be crazy its like self inflicting wounds - do yourself a favour take up knitting or something just chill out - its a game and if it ceases to please you dont listen or watch its not rocket science.

Granted weve given a few young players a go but the players and coach weve brought in and performances have basically been just as poop as the previous owners.
The general formula for years has been sign a star to appease the fans, promise the world on the back of it then fail miserably and now Pearson owns us the formula continues. A 50+ year old coach with no first grade experience says it all, players who have potential but have never acheived feck all says it all again.
IMO were being done over again. Pearson hasnt got a clue, neithers Gentle or half the team.
You pay peanuts you get monkeys, you cant polish a turd, need i go on. IMO the club is a joke and the fans that apease it all are just as bad.'"
I don't get it. Are you trying to say we shouldn't go because we aren't playing well?

If I were you, I would cancel my radio Humberside subscription as a protest. Tell them you refuse to listen in again, until Gentle has gone.

| Seb, for what it's worth I am one of the few on here that generally agrees with your posts. I post very rarely as the majority on here appear deluded and content with the abject performances we seem to have to endure more often than not. I am one of those that goes home and away and feel I am relatively well judged to give an opinion. I read people on here praising the brand of rugby we are supposedly trying to play, the fact that Gentle is building a team, his signings need time. I would point to the fact that we have one of the worst scoring records in SL, Gentle's signings have generally underperformed and we have at a guess alot bigger salary cap than several teams who are above us in the league. I appreciate that finances don't guarantee success but with the infrastructure we have we should be doing better than we are. If you were to do a match up on the Hull v Wakey teams on monday night plus home advantage I would say the majority of RL fans would say we would win by about 10 points ( which is what the bookies set the hcap at). We didn't and I'm afraid the buck lies with Gentle and players. If they can't be motivated then either he goes or some of them do.

Loyalty as a virtue is pretty high up in my book, and you have none of it.
Ups and downs are part of following a club, and sport in general. If you turn your back on the club when the times are 'tough', you can't truly appreciate it when times of triumph come around.
We all reserve the right as fans to have a moan, but is someone doing so on a public forum after admitting they're boycotting their clubs games really a fan?

I am not aware of anyone who is content with abject performances. But is avoiding going to support the team the answer?
We lost today to a team who are challenging for the LLS. we have lost the last three games by a collective margin of NINE points. No fan likes their team to lose, but the sooner some fans realise we are not a top 4 team the sooner we will realise that we have to accept defeats.
I think some would find it easier to take if we got gubbed by 20+ points, but the fact would could (and should have won at least the 2 of the last 3 games ) compounds the disappointment of losing.
Back to today's game. There are a couple of things I'd like to know.
When McDonnell scooped the ball out dead in goal with his foot clearly over the line, why was it a drop out?
When we apparently "train the house down" during the week, do we not practice drop goals? Add to this either the lack of instruction of the lack of proactiveness for Tickle to be in position to attempt a DG when the score was tied, why did we rely on a 20 year old to do this?
Why did we manage to kick the ball dead from the kick off TWICE?
Finally, after having a try disallowed (and rightly so from the poor DG attempt) when Brough collects the ball from the deflected DG attempt, was he really in an on side position to score?
Oh, for the record, I am not happy we lost again, but I was happy when we won 9 from 11. If these four losses had been mingled in to that winning run, there wouldn't be the usually suspect bleating about it.
We are not a top team, we will get beat, live with it.

“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club.
Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.
