Really harsh on Crookes, of the two Lineham was far worse as he coughed up the ball 3 or 4 times at least. Forwards were the problem, they were smashed to bits, and backs had no platform. O'Meley was a massive miss and summed up the need to replace him, we desperately missed someone to get us on the front foot as no matter how hard they tried, Johnson and Green weren't big enough.

Crookes needs a decent run in the team before being judged. I think he will be first choice winger with Lineham next season and that will be when he will build his reputation - whatever that may be.

Is it just me or does Lynch seem to be dropping the ball quite a lot lately, not just in the Cats game, usually when running onto a crash ball.

Noticed this too! Seems to drop it at least a few times a game, on impact with the tackler.

I'd give Crookes another go at the left wing position to get used to that position for next season, having watched Briscoe this season I don't think his heart is at the club anymore.

Think someone may need to injure his wrist again. Played all last season with a wrist injury and still didn't cough up as much ball as this season.

Alway been a big fan of Broughton and would be happy if we brought him him to replace Briscoe. Okay not as good as TB, but won't be on anywhere near the amount TB is on. Lightening quick and ok defensively.
Unfortunately rumour has it he's Huddersfield bound, also has a very good (other) job. Returning to Humberside may be too far for him.
I don't mind Crookes, but I don't think he would be good enough to be a starting winger for us next season. Although I'm more than happy for him to make a claim for a starting spot.

Agree, don't think the priority is another winger, massive prop is what's needed. Would love Moa back but would be equally happy at Galloway coming over......hopefully!

Galloway signed a new contract at Wests last week mate.

Is Moa playing in the NRL? Not even sure where he went and just got Premier sports and don't recall seeing him play at weekend!
