This. There was contact with the hand, but Atkins was already going down and as others have said, contact was minimal. I look forward to tries being chalked off in future for similar minor infringements, but won't hold my breath

The sort of challenge you will see a dozen times in a game when players battle for a loose ball. Not a penalty then and never should be. Plus the bounce favoured Whiting.

if your going to disallow that try we might as well start playing touch rugby, Whiting has every right to challenge for the ball, and the contact was nothing.
