Wire has a team built up over years. Pearson and Gentle publically tried ridiculous amounts to sign a new half back. It's not as if this was unforseen, just couldn't get it done.

Agree re Gentle. Thought Galea did OK. It's our backs that except for Lineham that looked like a pub outfit. I'd play Jason Crookes in the centre with Lineham on that wing and fine Crooks heavily for his twitter trash and play him in the other centre.
