Met Willie Mason in Sydney the night after he had won the NRL with the Doggies (2004)
Met Jamie Lyon at Manly v Souths at Brookie in 2008.
Met Gordon Tallis before Titans v Broncos at Skilled Park in 2008. He was doing TV.
I used to play for Hull Isberg when Des "Dishy" Harrison was our assistant coach.....absolute nutter.
Played against Bright Sodjie when he was playing for Sheffield Hillsborough Hawks.
Was at Cosalt when Andy Dannatt was a joiner there.
Played against Chris Smith while he was playing for Heworth (York).
Had a altercation with Ikram Butt during a game. Cant Remember who he was playing for.
Used to play in same team as Radders and Paul King.
Used to play for Beverley (when I was a pup) with Gary Chatfield and Paul Hunter.
Many many more....

One of my best mates married Johnny Whiteley's edest Granddaughter. He gave me a lift to Piper from the KC after we beat Bradford to get to the 2006 GF (took about 45 min to walk across the carpark to his car).
Also shared an hour or so with him between the dinner and the reception at the wedding last year. I drank a bottle of red, he drank coke and told me about the old GB tours.

Don't think most people on here will know what pre Devlin was.Remember Gary and Rob Nolan on the docks,Gary and early mornings didn't go together. |

About a year ago I walked past Brad Hepi outside Gloucester Hospital. I should have said Hi, but we'd already passed by the time I worked out where I knew him from. I don't expect to see ex Hull players down here!
