By the letter of the law, they're illegal tackles - reckless/careless contact with the head. My view is they're no different to a swinging arm if there is head contact and should be punished before someone gets seriously injured |

How Webb didn't get sent off was an absolute joke. I don't think I can ever recall him making a one on one tackle below the neck but tonight's was a shocker. Silverwood completely bottled it. At least Wilkes could say Burrow had ducked slightly and he's a short bloke to start off with but Webb jumped in the air to elbow someone half a foot taller than him.
