wire have been investing heavily in their youth set up for the last 3 or 4 years. Can't say I'm impressed with our plas to join our youth set up with rovers. Can only see them gaining and us losing by it in the long run

That's only at a very junior level, and given the best team in the country is from Hull but made up of 90% rovers signed players then I'd say it's more likely to be other way round at the minute.

1 of the first things that Smith did when he got in charge at Wire was take John Bastiman from Leeds to be their head of youth development.

Totally agree we have nothing to gain by allowing them to share our facilities and using our scouting system in the rest of Yorkshire.
