fair do,s i know what your saying wigan were nothing like last week but we had them worried even forcing them taking a goal with 15 to go as we never let them play , maguire was smug on the big screen 1st half but was looking sheepish 2nd half , suppose we never let them play , i know and everyone else does we are way off the standard of clubs like wigan , but we did have them worried although we all knew what the outcome would be just saying we were not s--t as some make out

We're putting all our hopes for the season into a halfback who's body has given up and a captain who's been subjected to over 12 years of playing in the NRL. Whilst it's unlucky they're both injured, is it really a surprise to anyone? Not me! We lost today because we're good enough, end of!

Look at the players Wigan have who have come through their academy, then look at ours. The last one was houghton, who's questionable at best. We'll never compete with the big clubs until the dross are removed and propper structures are put in place.

Another nearly games for Hull FC, hopefully our new owner will not be as willing to suffer for mediocrity as our previous ones were.

You're playing without Longy, Gleeson and Fitz, three influential players in different ways. O'Meley was one of your problems last night as he has forgotten how to hold on to the ball and that cost you. Tansey was another of your problems - making a long pass two feet from your own line was one of the dumbest plays I've ever seen. But you're just misfiring a bit, you aren't sh*t. Unfortunately, misfire a bit around Wigan and you will pay.

You also need some creativity and organisation at halfback. It's tough to operate with a halfback down.

Willie Manu was immense for you. He was a real joy to watch.
