I think he's doing ok. He's a handful when he runs in and he's drawing plenty of penalties and not retaliating.

Actually thought Horne played o.k. last night to be fair.I like Lauaki as it happens,he is something different.Long,always been a big fan of his.He is a quality player who is obviously past his best.I will never call him though.

Sorry mate but Horne was awful last night AGAIN.....1 jammy kick to set up briscoe's 1st and helped set up 2nd.....the other 70mins he was putting in crap kicks and getting caught with ball in hand...want my 6 to offer a damn sight more...we used to miss Horne when he was out....sadly think we now dont miss him.

Thought both Horney and Hame played well last night, especially Hame, won 2 or 3 penalties and is obviously playing for a new deal IMO.

Horney took the line on nicely, was pushing through holes and put in a few nice short kicks. We've always known his long kicking game isn't very good, so the ball shouldn't find it's way to him on the last. Phelps showed a nice long game last night, I think we should use that more instead.

Watching horne is like watching in slow motion. I lost count last night the number of times he had plenty of time to kick but ended up being rushed because he takes an extra 2 or 3 seconds to decide what he's doing.

Is still the only player in the team who knows how to back up though

He is playing well this year, no doubt about it. I still think it's 50/50 as to whether or not he will get another deal though.

To be honest, I don't recall saying anything about Horne, Sharp or Dowes (about getting rid of)

Lauaki for me is not worth a quota spot. I think he is at best average.

Sharp, I want him to do well more than anything, but for me he costs us much more than he brings to the table. He is under contract in any event.
Horne Mr Hull FC, one of my all time favourite players. Want him to succeed, but if I am thinking with my head instead of heart, I would only offer a much reduced contract.

Washbrook, Long and Dowes.

Horne can stay if we reduce his deal to the role of squad player, and Phelps obviously deserves more time to make an impression (though he had his best game so far last night)

Very much so but is playing as well as he has during his time at the club just now.
