I think the idea is I "posed the idea". Being as articulate as you are I am a little suprised you dont know the difference between a statement and something with a "?" on the end. It indicates a question and in this case a discussion. I can understand however that you are struggling with the discussion because it dosent neccesarily have to involve slagging off Agar so as I suspected you have little to contribute.
I would add however that based on the experiance of a number of our players and the background/other teams they come from I am a little suprised that Agar would have to lead this incentive and "coach" it into them. Just my thoughts.

That's funny , Cos the errors looks like theyve increased year on year under Agar and penalties have nearly doubled from 2009 to 2010 .

Elite RL is a game won and lost on the finest of margins, sometimes the smallest of tweaks to a players technique can be enough to gain an advantage over your opponents, your 'the players shouldn't need coaching the basics' does nothing but show your ignorance.

We don't have difficulty, when we were asked by the Kirkwood family to do it out of respect we managed it, when were prompted to do it by an estate agent with a hand microphone we tend not to be interested.

True... but we still find it difficult for all 3 home stands to sing at the same time. It sounds horrendous. I blame that jolly version they blast out of the speakers, its ridiculous! It's changed the tempo of how it was sang, does anyone agree? Or is that just me. It was sang slower at the same speed by everyone.. now its just a joke.

Stoke City had a similar problem in getting a synchronised start to their song "Delilah". This was solved by a big, fat, shirtless bloke standing at the front. He would turn to face the crowd and start with "sssshhh, sssshhh, sssshhhh", once everyone was quiet, he'd then start singing the first verse, by the time of the chorus, everyone was in synch.

I cant explain any harder to you that by using terms like "I dont understand" and adding a question mark was not a statement on my part but merely a question open to discussion. Perhaps the simple answer is "Agar" and I am sure that is the line you would persue. I was merely asking why we are now so low on those key statistics.
