| Quote homerHFC="homerHFC"Is there any truth in the rumours that Fitzy has turned down his 2nd year option?
There hasn't been any mention of him regarding players being retained for 2011. Unless the club are seeing how his body holds up first.'"
defo staying,he is moving house as the one he has from hull is not big enough
so he will be here next year,he would'nt move for 3 months would he,

| Would not be surprised if Fitz went back home and we then used the spot on Galea.

Fitz is having a good time at present despite injury so it would be my guess he will be here next year.
However Galea would be a decent addition IMO

Completely agree on Galea, could be what we have missed since Cooke left, can play 6 or 13 and would prove to be a really handy ball player. Hope Fitz stays, we need his influence.

You know I have always admired Galea as a ball player, great feet too .. could be a very useful player and as you say fill a gap we have ... could be that Cooke type influence we need to bring Horne and yeaman back into the light too..
we could do a lot worse than Galea he has consistently been the better player in the KR rosta

I agree, he should be playing 6 for Rovers at the minute to give them more attacking options, he's a top player.

So someone else turning 33 would be a good addition?????? Waste of a quota spot is what he would be because he would spend most of the time in the physio room.

33 is not old in rugby terms , injuries to knees etc are part and parcel of the game.. galea has a great engine for a season or two and will lead us around the park well
OR simply bring Cooke Home and then we do not have to worry about quota, this is Rugby not jeremy Kyle
