Really not sure, hasnt kicked on from his first season, we also have lots of players to play there Washbrook, Turner, Fitz and Whiting (my choice to play there long term post Fitz).
Also not sure about Shenton, think our centre are as good as him IMO.
Would like to sign Owen to play FB or wing. Tansey to cover halfback when Long is out.

when I've seen shenton he always looks a clever player and one who can put his winger away.
But we've got briscoe, yeaman and hall (unless he goes, as expected, to hkr)
so don't really need him.
I haven't seen alot of westerman this season but change can be as good as a holiday and he's got ability.
I can't see tansey sticking around to be back up, he was that at Leeds, and I like him at 1. |

Sorry I didnt explain myslef about Tansey very well. Tansey number 1 FB (very impressed with so far at FB), use Owen on the wing and back up FB, if Tansey is injured or needed elsewhere. |

The hard thing about that would be selling the idea to owen, he might also get guarrentees as a starting fb at other clubs, like Huddersfield.
Defiantley worth a try though.

If Yak and Radford both go then we will be left with thre props so will need to recruit at least one prop.
Hope Tickle does stay, been great for us this season. |

I would hate to see Washy go, i think he has the ability to be an excellent player and future captain, he is FC through and through, unfortunately he is not one of Agars favoured few. In my opinion we need to keep as many british players as we can with the quota getting lower every year. of course thats just my opinion
