I went to see this last night & it was an utter shambles from start to finish,it said on the website that the cup will be on show from 4 so me n the daughter got there for about 4.10 only to be greeted by thr fookin metro gnomes so I went to the customer services & not 1 of them knew anything about it so I had to endure the gnomes for the thick end of 45 mins 15 mins later so off to build a bear with the now crabby daughter by the time we got back about 5.15 they was just setting up so I asked 1 of em what happened to 4pm,just said what ya on about. So couple of photos n we went so this final cock up does not suprise me! Oh n I kid you not there was about 10 people if that. Pathetic really as if this was in hull. The ques would of been out the door!!

You may mock but unless you have seen them you really don't know how long 45 mins lasts (obviously 45 mins but it feels like 2 hrs) perhaps they should of made the draw??? |

I think it was in the 70's IIRC. We got Rochdale at home I think, and when they got to the last tie there was only 1 ball left in the bag ! One of the old duffers doing the draw had pulled 2 balls out at once and dropped 1 on the floor. So after a bit of scurrying around all the balls went back in for a re-draw and we got Saints away.
Needless to say we then got stuffed ! |
