My grand total of spending at the concourse outlets this year - £0.00
I don't have the patience to start Q'ing 5 minutes before half time in order to stand a chance of seeing the start of the second half. That and the fact the stuff is a rip off and mostly carp quality.

No it won't. The prices go up once a year, at the beginning of the Football season which is the start of the catering financial year.
We are unfortunately a victim of Premiership football as all the prices are pretty much the same in the Prem.
As has been said...don't buy from them if you find it so expensive. I can't remember the last time I bought anything from the concourses, especially since they don't take the lids off the coke anymore therefore you can safely take your own in. |

It's when the catering company have their financial year, from August to July which as everything revolves around City's season seems sensible to me.
What's the problem with that?  |

The SMC (or whatever the catering company is called) presumably has a start to its financial year, just as every other company has one. Or wouldn't that suit your have a pop at everything FC related agenda? |

It used to go around Harvest Festival , but you can get strawberries all year round now so the catering financial year has been shifted - but only after approval by the Fat Tongued Mockney that is Jamie Oliver. |

I'm struggling to see how any of this is FC related in any case. The SMC is completely independent so the club has no say whatsoever about catering costs. |

Perhaps not, but it is still fact and certainly nothing I have heard from Mr Rule it came from the head of the Catering service! I have not bought anything for ages and if enough people vote that way then they might just realise the service and the prices are shocking! |
