Its not the clubs fault that Crocker's Visa was refused twice. Clearly while this was being sorted you could hardly have recruited anyone else in the meantime, so I think he can be included. Had he not been signed, he would have been replaced with someone of equally good quality (salary cap space).

Crocker and Luaki will probably constitute £200K+ of this year's salary cap so it is obvious their absence, just like any injuries, will contribute to why our team is not as strong as we'd like.

They still were never nor have never been Hull FC Players being as they have never touched a ball in that strip.
For all intents and purposes we should be handed the league and cup now as according to some of our fans in the "know" we have signed lockyer and prince for the last 2 seasons, they have never pulled a shirt on yet.

You are missing the point.. The two players HAD signed for the club hence taking up cap space. Whist the Visa issue was being sorted the clubs hands were tied - You were expecting them to play for Hull FC and thats that. Now you know they will not be, you now have, what, £250k free rattling around from the cap in place of a damn fine player - hence you are missing a player.

I do understand what you mean by missing Crocker because you now have nothing to replace him with but had youknown that he could not come there was no garantee that you could get someone with the same impact he would have had.
