Nope. People are suggesting that getting rid of Agar is only half the problem, and possibly not the most difficult half. I have absolutely no interest in replacing one duff coach with another like we have on the last two occasions.

Getting rid now won't necessarily improve things if we don't have a new coach to bring in. Webbo/Last might be worse than we have with Agar. If we can't get anyone until the end of the season we will be stumped.

I don't think the fact that we don't know who else is available is a good enough reason for Agar to keep his job. Noble is obviously available, but even if he didn't want the job because he was scared of some strongly worded banners, there must be other options. And if not, a caretaker appointment plus an assurance that they're doing everything to find the right guy would be better than the current position.

I am not so sure it is only half the problem, on paper we have a very good side who I feel played in the correct positions and interchanged correctly really could compete, if we have to use a caretaker until we can appoint some-one well fair enough we should do that before the rot sets in further imo.The club risk losing 1000s of fans if they do not act soon. |
