I think that a 15 month custodial sentence is inappropriate, or harsh even, not the fact he has been sentence in the first place.

Also, my response was directed at the phrase, "Deserves everything he gets", not at this particular case. I find it a very strange thing for somebody to say, as it seems to imply that he deserves "any" punishment, which he clearly doesn't. It's just one of those loose phrases that people use without thinking, hence why I think it belongs in the rag that is the Daily Mail.

I thought about the phase I used..you are of the opinion he does not deserve 15 months, I disagree, he is a violent racist thug who was given a suspended sentence, this clearly did not refrain him for carry out further criminal activities by ripping innocent people off, for his own greed...He has no respect for the law and clearly thought he was above it,so he deserves all he gets.
