I agree both grounds wont be full until we are both contenders.

Both clubs could actually do some good for the people of the City by setting realistic prices, the KC is expensive (unnecessarily so), I'd rather see the place rammed for the Derby, regardless of which "place" it is.

It won't. Cameras will be far too far away being as they will be around the pitch. Too far away from the Humber to focus on who's in the South "stand" and I doubt that the microphones will be able to hear us either.
No wonder CP has it's "fortress" reputation. The away fans are either so few (on a normal match) or so far away (for the only half decent away crowd (what a fool and poor businessman Hudge is not to exploit the only opportunity for a sensible away crowd all season by not giving us the Golf stand) i.e., us) that by intention or default Rovers have determined that by hook or not by Crooke the east stand is the only voice that will be heard.
It's almost as if it were premeditated...

| The biggest difference is in the mindset of the two sets of fans. KR are fans in the true sense ... they follow their team. FC fans will only follow a winning team (viz the Derby last year where they expected to be beaten and Salford where they could only muster 250). I am proud to say that I will follow Rovers to the KC because they are my team and I support them "in any kind of weather" not just if I think we will win.

Yeah but at least the whole of our East Stand is noisy and lively. Without the dozen or so fourteen year olds in Chav Corner your's would have a morgue-like atmosphere.

I went to Salford last year and there were around 6-700 Hull fans there. Granted, normally we take upwards of 1,500 but to say there were only 250 is complete crap. And I had a good look because I was sat down the side at the game so could give a reasonable estimate. How do you know there were 250 there? Next time you attend a Hull away match maybe we can meet up, hell, I'll even get you a beer.
And as to the Derby at Craven Park, the reason Hull fans don't attend is one of principle. £18 for us and £10 for all other away speccies without the necessary binoculars, up yours Hudgell.

While I'm recovering from reading your classic first post...
No doubt you and the other 8,000 odd that attend Craven Park this year managed to split into 800 paying speccies and 7,200 odd who sneaked in and weren't registered on Rovers' attendances not so long back.

And how would you explain the difference in crowds since your promotion? And the drop in crowds this season where you have been less successful than last year? Or even more tellingly the year-on-year INCREASE in FC season pass holders despite two years of abject failure on the pitch?
Rovers fans are the same as those who follow any other team. If the North Stand at the KC was as poor for viewing as the South Stand at NCP, and you were charged more than any other fans to sit there, you'd have a similar proportion of stay-away fans.
Your 'reasoning' (and I use the word [ivery[/i loosely) is flawed.
